KaTasha enlisted in the Army at 17. That's where she learned to lead before she learned much else, and it set the tone for everything that came after.

After the Army, she attended Louisiana Tech University and moved into mental health and social services, starting with direct client work and moving into building programs from the ground up. She ran Supported Employment programs that taught people how to manage their mental illness and hold down meaningful jobs, work that demanded real operational structure, not just good intentions. She served on advisory boards and committees shaping mental health programming before going back for her MBA.

She earned her MBA from the University of Texas Permian Basin, then moved into corporate finance, working under a CFO as Manager of Fiscal Analysis and Planning. From there she was recruited to a clinical research company focused on fatty liver disease research, where she became VP of Business Operations, overseeing every part of the business.

By the time she was running that entire operation for someone else, she knew exactly what she was capable of building for herself. She started Archer Agency to do it on her own terms: real strategy, real accountability, no more building someone else's vision instead of her own.

Outside of Archer Agency, KaTasha serves on the board of directors for Lifetime Recovery as Vice Chair, Project MEND as Strategic Planning Chair, and NAWBO San Antonio as Member Services Director. She mentors veterans through American Corporate Partners as they start businesses or move into new careers, and volunteers as a school champion for NAWBO San Antonio's High School Mentorship Program, working with girls monthly on business plans for a scholarship competition. One of her biggest joys is speaking at colleges and universities on business strategy and organizational development, watching students start connecting the dots in real time.
