Booking and Payment
- All resume packages must be booked and paid for in full. Payment confirms your order.
Consultations and Client Communication
- After booking, you will receive an email confirming your purchase and next steps.
- Please be prepared to discuss your career goals, target roles, and any specific achievements you wish to highlight. This helps ensure the resume reflects your strengths accurately.
Service Delivery and Revisions
- Each resume package includes a set number of revisions (Standard Resume includes no revisions, Deluxe Resume Service includes two revisions, and Executive Resume Service includes four revisions for 14 days post-delivery).
- Revisions are limited to the scope of the initial project. Significant changes to the career direction or additional requests after delivery may incur additional fees.
Cancellation and Refund Policy
- Due to the personalized nature of resume writing, refunds are not offered for resume services.
