Cancellation Policy

Sessions are scheduled as needed and based on the mutual availability of both parties. Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Failure to provide adequate notice will result in a charge for the missed session at the standard hourly rate. Sessions that begin late due to client's tardiness will end at the scheduled time. Any delays caused by the Consultant will be accommodated with either a time extension or rescheduling without additional cost to the Client.
